report obtained by Zaman al-Wasl disclosed.
Andor Oglu, 50, was sentenced 20 years' imprisonment in Turkey over cooperating with Syrian intelligence and kidnapping the first Syrian Army defector, Lieutenant Colonel Hussein Harmoush on August 29, 2011 from a refugee camp on the Turkish border.
Uglo, who, like Bashar al-Assad, belong to the Alawite sect, had spent just 32 months before his ‘prison break’ and fleeing to Syria under Syrian intelligence cover.
According to leaked report by State security department in Damascus, Oglu has been nagging over contempt and negligence by Assad and his security aides.
Despite dissatisfaction, Oglu said he is ready to do more for his people (Alawite sect).
Kidnapping al-Harmoush was not the fist operation Oglu made to favor of the Syrian regime. He delivered all data and information related to Syrian army defectors and activists who settled on the Turkish border.
Oglu had also submitted the names of Syrian army officers who were planning to defect, most importantly the officers of the elite republican guards units.
Harmoush appeared in a video in June 2011 denouncing Assad’s regime and calling on fellow soldiers to rebel. After his kidnapping, al-Harmoush was appeared on Syria TV in September, contradicting previous statements he had made- Under death threats-, saying that "during my service in the Syrian army, nobody ordered me to fire at civilians."
According to Zaman al-Wasl's leaked mass torture photos, al-Harmoush had been tortured to death early 2012.
