Zaman Al Wasl (Photos)- Thousands of Syrians in rebel-held areas went to streets on Friday in a move recalling the memorable peaceful protests, rising revolution flags and chanting freedom slogans.
Activists have circulated online photos for 104 demonstrations from over 100 city, town and village in the war-torn country.
'The (Syrian) people want to bring down the regime' they chanted.
The unprecedented U.S.-Russian 'cessation of hostilities' agreement that came into effect on Saturday has slowed the pace of the 5-year-old war.
At least 400,000 people killed, 70,000 wounded and 11 million displaced since revolution erupted on March 2011.
