Personal data of Radwan Haqawi and Tareq Jadoun who killed by Belgian police in 2015: ISIS Leaks

(Zaman Al Wasl)- The leaked ISIS personal data obtained by Zaman al-Wasl showed that Radwan Haqawi and Tareq Jadoun, who were killed by Belgian police in mid January 2015, were listed on the ISIS jihadi network.

Haqawi and Jadoun shot dead during police raids in Belgium for being part of an ISIS cell planning to kill police officers in public early 2015 after returning back from Syria.

Belgian police said at the time that the two jihadists wer on the verge of carrying out terrorist attacks to kill police officers on public roads and in police stations.

On Wednesday, security officials have told The Associated Press that the ISIS has trained at least 400 attackers and sent them into Europe for terror attacks.

The network of interlocking, agile and semiautonomous cells shows the reach of the extremist group in Europe even as it loses ground in Syria.

The officials, including European and Iraqi intelligence officials and a French lawmaker who follows the militants’ networks, describe camps designed specifically to train for attacks against the West.

The officials say the fighters have been given orders to find the right time, place and method to carry out their mission.

Meanwhile, Turkish authorities previously arrested one of the perpetrators of the Brussels suicide bombing less than a month after his arrival in Turkey via Antalya airport, Turkish Daily Sabah reported.

Ibrahim El Bakraoui (29), one of the two brothers identified by Belgium for being responsible for the attacks that killed at least 31 people in Brussels on Tuesday, entered Turkey on June 11, 2015 and subsequently got deported on July 14, 2015, a senior security source said. (With AP, Daily Sabah)
