(Zaman Al Wasl)- Three people killed in the embattled northern countryside of Homs on Tuesday as regime forces step up aerial and ground attacks on rebel-held areas since first of April, local reporter said.
Regime war planes have conducted 12 raids on Taldo, Tal Zahab and al-Tyba al-Gharbiya towns, killing three people and wounding 10 more.
Activists said at least 20 people have been killed since April 1 due to the regime aerial bombing.
Bashar al-Assad's regime has been accused of more than 2,000 violations since the 'cessation of hostilities' ceasefire deal went into effect on Feb.27.
Syrian opposition’s High Negotiations Committee representative Riad Hijab blamed regime for violating cessation-of-hostilities deal, saying during Geneva talks in Switzerland "There is no truce on ground at all."
Also on Tuesday, at least 57 people have been killed in regime's missile attacks on two marketplaces in Maaret al-Numan and Kafrnabel towns in northern Idlib province.
9 more people were also killed in air strikes targeted Bala town in the Eastern Ghouta suburbs of Damascus.
The High Negotiations Committee said Monday it was suspending its "formal participation in the Syrian peace talks."
HNC spokesman Salem Al Meslet said the group "remains fully committed to the political process and establishing peace through diplomacy."
The team would "remain in Geneva ready to engage in serious talks," Meslet added.
