Zaman Al Wasl)- Fire devoured a Syrian refugee camp on Thursday in the Lebanese border town of Arsal, activists said as no casualties reported.
One of the refugees told Zaman al-Wasl the fire was due to electrical failure in al-Zaeem camp.
A refugee from the camp said they put the fire out despite total absence of fire stations and rescue in Arsal town, the Lebanese city situated on the Syrian Lebanese borders and hosts around 100000 Syrian refugees.
The fires keeps repeating in refugee camps in Arsal amid demands of providing fire stations near the camps especially with the advent of summer and rising temperatures. (Translation by Rana Abdul)
