(Zaman Al Wasl)- Powerful Islam Army and rival group, Faylaq Al Rahman, have reached a 'Declaration of Principles' deal to end the infighting in besieged Eastern Ghouta suburbs near the capital after two bloody weeks left dozens killed and wounded from both sides, local reporter said Tuesday.
