(Zaman Al Wasl)- There are many indicators pointing out to regime’s hands in the explosions hit Tartus and Jableh last week, as the Syrian opposition almost agree on that, while regime’s loyalists held the regime responsibility for the explosions because it was not serious in protecting their areas. Other think that Iran and Hezbollah are responsible for the explosion to protest against the Russian intervention in Syria and their attempt to found a Russian base in the coast region.
Although the Islamic State adopted the explosions, but the regime accused Ahrar al-Sham of doing them.

The opposition find that the regime is the most beneficial of the explosion, in order to push its loyalist to support it more as it is the only rescuer and protector for them
Tareq Abdul Hadi, a political and military expert said: “the regime has done these explosion against its loyalists to convince them that it is the only option which can protect them, the regime has before exploded the crisis cell and the branch of criminal security in Damascus, in the same time it uses it media to accuse the opposition of doing that.”

The expert thinks that the other aim of the regime from the explosions in loyal areas to provoke its loyalists against the already displaced people from Aleppo an Homs and settled in the coast, to dismiss them outside of the coast, because it finds them possible threat in the future, and that happened indeed, when a group of Shabiha and national defense Forces attached camps of displaced people and assaulted them.

Many opposition bodies held the regime responsibility for the explosion, while the Union of National Committees of Development and Rehabilitation found that the regime and its intelligence aimed from the explosion to suppressed the anger and fidget among its loyalist from the continuous killing of their soldiers.

The Defected officer Mohamed Hamado expects that Iran and Hezbollah are who responsible for the explosions, as they are not happy with the Russian control of the coast and founding a strong base.

Hamado tends to think that a Russian-Iranian disagreement would come to surface soon on the Syrian battlefield, and some hidden messages were delivered between both countries, like the Russian bombing of sites for Hezbollah and the revolutionary Guards claiming that happened by mistake.

Some regime’s media networks agree with the hypothesis supporting regime’s commitment in the explosion. For example, Liwa al-Quds facebook page mentioned that an officer in the Military security had demanded a member from the branch to drive a car to Jableh bus station to deliver a parcel later to Damascus, but the car exploded when the member was 10 meters away from it.

Other loyalists kept accusing the “terrorists” of doing the explosions, but in the same time, they held the regime responsibility for not taking enough procedures to protect its loyalists and supporters.

Many explosions took place this Monday concurrently in the coastal cities of Jableh and Tartus, led to more than 300 deaths and injuries according to figures of the regime’s hospitals and police.
