(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian regime security arrested 2 young men on Monday and 4 on Tuesday from a juice shop in Jableh city in the Syrian coast on charges of participation in executing Jableh and Tartus blasts.
Jableh News Network said, “State Security force in Jableh arrested several persons from al-Jarkas shop in Amaraa neighborhood. The persons are suspect of executing blasts which happened in the city recently.”
Latakia News Network correspondent Mohamed al-Sahili indicated that Military Security personnel arrested 2 young men on Monday who were sitting on the cornice of Jableh on the same charges.
The arrest of workers in al-Jarkas shop on charges of executing the blasts is something natural due to the flounder of security force in trying to convince the pro-regime population they are following up with the situation and tracking down terrorists, activist Mihyar Badra explained.
He added the workers were arrested by a complaint from a competitive shop which continuously tried to close al-Jarkas shop which is ironic enough.
Badra pointed out that Assad revenge of Jableh young men for their participation in the Syrian revolution since its outset is still ongoing. He voiced concern of more arrests of young men in Jableh because the regime fears their loyalty to the revolution.
More than 150 people were killed in seven near-simultaneous explosions at bus stations, hospitals and other civilian sites in the coastal cities of Jableh and Tartus on May 23. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the bombings. (Translation by Rana Abdul)
