Idlib: At least 11 people killed in regime missile attacks

 
(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 11 civilians have been killed in
cluster missile attacks on the northern city of Idlib hit the city center on Sunday, medics and local activists said.

Regime war planes have carried out 10 raids on Shuaib mosque, al-Shamaat area, vegetables market and nearby district.

The attack come despite rebels announcement three days ago that Idlib city from any rebel presence.


Powerful alliance group, the Conquest Army, said it had evacuated its bastions and barracks in the northern city of Idlib, demanding  regime to halt the aerial bombing that left dozens killed this week.

In statement issued late on Thursday, the conquest Army, or Jaish al-Fatah, said it had evacuated its bastions to not give regime forces any pretext to keep the deadly air strikes.

Idlib city that come to Islamist rebels' control in March 2015 has witnessed a series of assassinations and looting acts. Many rebel commander were killed as the number explosives-laden vehicles have been rocked civil neighborhoods.

Residents ask rebels to take more procedures and secure their lives and to protect their properties as thousands flee their homes due the fierce aerial campaign.
