(Zaman Al Wasl)- Israeli fighter jets rocked Syrian army posts south of the central city of Homs late on Saturday, military source told Zaman al-Wasl.
The Israeli attack on Shenshar town targeted depots affiliated to the powerful Fourth Mechanical Division that led by Brigadier General Maher al-Assad, the source said.
Residents of Shenshar said huge explosions were heard, giving no more details.
Two years ago, Israel hit army bastions at the same area, according to the source.
Pro-regime social media pages claimed that Israel who carried out the missile attack, saying the powerful explosions can not be conducted by rebels.
