(Zaman Al Wasl)- An ISIS car bomb blast on Sunday has killed 21 regime troops and wounded 10 in the eastern countryside of Hama province, the group's Aamaq new agency said.
The blast rocked an army checkpoint near Athariya village east of Hama city, Aamaq reported.
