'The north
Storm' brigade accused Islamic state of Iraq and al-Sham “ISIS” of violating the
agreement between the two parties and has not released the detainees.
In a
statement issued on Sunday, the North Storm Brigade accused ISIS of not
implementing the second item of the agreement which requested releasing all
detainees, including Mohammed Noor, an activist works at Azaz Media Centre.
Only 9 detainees were released.
The North
storm brigade confirmed its commitment to the agreement stating that ISIS has not
abide by the agreement after more than forty-eight hours which is the deadline
for implementing the agreement.
According to
the statement, the Storm Brigade considered ISIS as transgressing and must face
the Sharia’a rules, because there was sponsors to implement the agreement who
are Sheikh Abo Obeida al-Mesri from Mohammed Army, al-Tawheed brigade which
guaranteed the reconcile, Abo Ibrahim Chechani, the military official
responsible for camps in the northern countryside for ISIS, and Abo Abdul Rahman
al-Kuwaiti, Emir Azaz on behalf of ISIS who swore on Quran.
