(Zaman Al Wasl)- Russia provided Syrian regime with a shipment of air force ammunition of all types estimated to be thousands of tons. A big part of the shipment is of type RBK cluster 500 anti-vehicles and anti-tanks, military source said.
The source pointed out the shipment allocated for battles in Aleppo Iran ordered from Russia and arrived in Tartos port mid-July and was shipped by land to 22 Air Force Division airports; Tifour, al-Shuayrat, Hama. He added that more than half of the shipment was unloaded in al-Shuayrat airport which bombs Aleppo more than other airports.
Leader of 22 Air Force Division General Sajee Darwish is the one in charge according to the source about this ammunition with Iranian orders and he is in charge of providing ammunition to warplanes taking off from 22 Air Force Division airports which were ordered to bomb Aleppo province.
The source said Darwish involved all pilots in the division in Aleppo battles confirming that many officers want to crash the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo.
The source revealed that all Squadrons of the division participate in the bombing and that most warplanes carry 4 bombs of 500 titre and 8 bombs of 250 titre either explosive or cluster ones. He indicated the intense fire is made the difference in the results of the recent battle there.
He clarified that Russian air force participates in the violent air strikes on Aleppo especially in front of the Iranian force and militias which occupied Castello road and Bani Zaid in which Colonel Suhail al-Hasan works who uses burned land as a policy.
The source indicated that the air force battle in Aleppo battle is subject to Russian leadership but the ground battle is to Iranian leadership. (Translation by Rana Abdul)
