(Zaman Al Wasl)- A leaked document reveled that Syrian intelligence spies on the Lebanese army and obtains copies of its archive and documents especially those related to people of the Syrian opposition.
The document Zaman Al Wasl obtained is a telegraph from branch 256 forwarded to branch 294 of the general intelligence identified as ”top secret”. The document mentioned that the branch sources had obtained documents from the intelligence of the Lebanese Army included information about three Syrian people were arrested at the entrance of Nahr al-Barid camp in the beginning of September 2012.
Information mentioned that a Syrian lady from Idlib confessed that she was from the opposition and has lost two sons and she had 5 brothers fight the regime with the armed opposition in the countryside of Idlib.
The document mentioned that two men were arrested with the woman, one of them was her husband, both came to Lebanon for treatment as one of them had shoulder injury and the other in his abdomen.
The document detailed that the another brother of the lady had attended Lebanon a day before them and was arrested as well.
Sources reported that copies of all documents related to the brother were attached with the telegraph and they obtained them from the Lebanese Army.
A well informed source expected a coordination between the regime’s and the Lebanese intelligence, as many opposition figures were handed to Syrian intelligence. It is not surprising, as Hezbollah controls the intelligence and the Lebanese Army.
