(Zaman Al Wasl)- Regime artillery shelling on the embattled neighborhood of al-Waer in Homs city has killed 3 civilians early Sunday, local reporter.
20 more people have been wounded in the mortar and artillery shelling as more than 100 families have fled the neighborhood.
The heavy bombardment came as al-Waer negotiations committees was scheduled to meet with the Bashar al-Assad's officials on Sunday.
A fragile U.N.-brokered truce reached last December failed as regime refused to release detainees and lifting the siege.
