Data of 530 slain Kurdish militants: check the list
(Zaman Al Wasl)- Zaman al-Wasl has obtained data of 530 Kurdish fighters who were killed fighting under banners of YPG, YPJ, and PYD militias.

426 of the deaths were men and 104 were women. 70% of them had come from Turkey and Northern Iraq.

The nominal list that issued 6 months ago is including date of death, Father and mother's name, militants hometown and the the name de guerre.

Most Kurdish fighters had joined the powerful Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) which is the armed wing of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) that was founded in 2003.

The slain 104 female fighters were operating in the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), also known as the Women's Defense Units, is the YPG's female brigade, which was set up in 2012.

In October 2015, the United Sates formed Syria Democratic Forces, an alliance led by YPG that including Kurds and Arabs that northern Syria. The first mission of SDF was fighting the Islamic State group.

Kurdish deaths were not restricted to ISIS fight but many of them fell in fighting the moderate rebels in northern Aleppo province. 

Syrian Activists and rebels have always accused Kurdish PYD of seeking Syria partition through the con-federal agenda that not believes in Syrian people sacrifices to topple Bashar al-Assad.
