Lebanese hostages in Azaz are safe: sources

Special sources From Azaz, the border town, northern Syria, have confirmed to Zaman Alwasl that the Lebanese detainees are safe; they practice their lives normally, in a good health. Sources did not provide any further information, only confirmed that hostages are safe.

This information coincides with news about controlling Azaz by Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham “ISIS” amid deterioration of North Storm brigade in Azaz, which has been responsible for the Lebanese hostages.

No information about the Turkey role in keeping the hostages detained, as there is media concentration in Lebanon on accusing Turkey of keeping them arrested in Azaz.

Ankara denies its connection with Lebanese hostages' case and confirms via one of the government adviser that Turkey has practiced considerable pressure on North Storm Brigade to release the hostages, however the brigade has clear conditions for release them, as they demand releasing more than 100 female detainees from Syrian jails in exchange for the release of Lebanese hostages, which the regime rejected.
