(Zaman AL Wasl)- The Syrian regime has this Sunday afternoon released 194 detainees from different security detintion centres in the central city of Homs.
Sources reported to Zaman Al Wasl that released detainees are from Homs and countryside, included 15 woman, the source confirmed that some freed detainees have arrived their homes in the North countryside of Homs.
According to sources, there is no connection between releasing those detainees and the deal is planed to be done between the armed opposition and the Syrian regime to exchange detainees, as these detainees were released according to an article of al-Waer agreement.
