(Zaman al-Wasl) Field sources confirmed that the first day of the battle Qadisiat al-Janub witnessed advancement, whereby al-Hamiriyat Hill came under resistance control which means the pro-regime village of Hader is almost besieged. The advancement led the Qadisat al-Janub operation room to give the town residents security in the event they remain neutral.

Except that the town, which is predominantly Druze, and the villages surrounding it were the launch point for regime forces and pro-regime militias’ counter attack according to the same source.

Sources confirmed that many members of the Syrian resistance lost their lives during the Qadisiat al-Janub battle launched by the Ahrar al-Sham, Fatih al-Sham, and Beit al-Mouqadas in addition to Free Syrian Army factions in Quneitra’s northern countryside.
