Russia and Syrian regime violates truce, aerial bombing continues on Homs

(Zaman Al Wasl)- New violations of the U.S.-Russia brokered ceasfire were recorded on Saturday as Russia and regime warplanes launched several raids on villages and towns in northern Homs and southern Hama countryside.

Manger of Homs northern countryside observatory Khaled al-Rashid said the Russian warplanes struck residential neighborhood in Tayir Malaa town and eastern farms of Rastan and Gharanta village with vacuum missiles and Napalm bombs which caused huge destruction and fire.

Al-Rashid added to Zaman al-Wasl that regime warplanes targeted al-Ghantou town with C5k missiles in conjunction with clashes in Oum Sharshouh village during regime attempt to infiltrate backed up by aerial coverage and shelling with heavy gun-machines on al-Ghantou, confirming that who waits for a truce by the Russian and American gets a truce of Napalm taste and cluster and C5k missiles.

Regime jets and helicopters targeted Friday al-Mashou and Jawalk towns and al-Zara and Harbenfseh villages with vacuum missiles and explosive barrels in Hama southern countryside.

Regarding the new missiles launched by regime warplanes, General engineer Abu Mahmoud who is also aircraft technician, he told Zaman al-Wasl the new missiles are called S-5 K manufactured by Soviet Union.

A missile weighs around 500 Kg and its range is between 3 to 4 Km pointing out the length of it is one meter and a half and targets all moving vehicles and vehicles which produce heat like tanks.

The aircraft technician confirmed the missile was experienced for the first time in 1956 and proved failure in getting targets and aircraft can carry 4 to 16 missiles.
