(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian Resistance on Monday took strategic hilltops from regime forces in coastal Latakia province, killing 8 soldiers, activists said.
Majd Naji, media activist, said the Resistance had seized control of the village of Rasha and hilltops of al-Burkan, al-Dababat (The Tanks) and al-Malek in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman areas.
The Resistance artillery has rocked lost regime checkpoints in Jabal al-Akrad. Several armored vehicles and have been destroyed, Naji said.
