Family of senior ISIS commander leaves southern Damascus suburb to Raqqa

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Family of the former Islamic State’s Emir of al-Hajar al-Aswad, a southern suburb of Damascus, has left with his family to Raqqa city, the de facto ISIS capital,  sources said.

The family of Abu Sayyah Frrameh with 30 women from his relatives have left al-Hajar al-Aswad this week,according to the source.

 The leave was due to a deal between the regime and the Islamic State, according to the source, mentioning that another group of ISIS’s members would leave al-Hajar al-Aswad to Raqqa Thursday.

A group of the Islamic state's fighter had left al-Hajar al-Aswad June 25, among them were Abo Zahra, Jordanian, and Abo Jafar, Palestinian.

Abo Sayah Tayyara, known as “Frrameh”, was born Yalda town in southern Damascus. He was deposed from his post as the Emir of al-Hajar al-Aswad till last October when he was deposed by a decision from Raqqa, the main stronghold of the ISIS in Syria, and Abo Hisham al-Khabouri, from al-Hajar al-Aswad was designated instead.
