Some two car bombs have reportedly exploded near Syria’s state television headquarters in central Damascus, the state news agency (SANA) reported on Sunday, AP reported.
SANA said the building located at the Syrian capital’s Umayyad Square was damaged in the blast.
"Two terrorist car bombs driven by suicide bombers detonated at the entrance of Ummayed Square," SANA reported.
No casualties were reported at the moment.
The agency revealed that the explosions Sunday evening are believed to be a result of a double car bombing.
