Deir Ezzor : Air forces Brigade 24 Complete defeat forces regime to backup with two MIG 21

(Zaman AL Wasl)- The regime’s ِair-forces brigade 24 has been defeated in Deir Ezzor, which pushed the regime to support it with two MIG-21 warplanes brought from Hama Military airport last week, sources reported to Zaman al-Wasl.

A well informed source inside the regime Air-forces mentioned that Brigade 24 has lost the last MIG-21 piloted by Colonel Ali Hamza Ahmed, September 18, during an air raid over Jabal al-Tharda, after targeting it by an anti-aircraft of the Islamic State, the pilot was killed. 

As a result, the regime forces had urgently sent two L-39 warplanes as well as to three teams to operate them, in the meantime before preparing MIG-21 planes. 

The source mentioned that the regime air-forces had repaired two old MIG-21 for maintenance in Hama military airport and were tested in the airport them sent to Deir Ezzor military airport under the care of pilots General Ahmed Sulaiman from Tartus and Colonel Ali Abdullah from Jablah, who are known of their brutality. 

Therefore the readiness of Deir Ezzor military airport is only two MIG-21, and two L39.
