(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 7 civilians killed on Tuesday in regime shelling on the besieged neighborhood of al Waer in Homs city, residents said.
The local activists said regime had bombed al Waer with 10 explosive cylinders.
The last rebel stronghold in the central citytof Homs has been under severe siege and artillery shelling in the last few weeks despite a fragile truce brockered by the U.N. last December.
