(Zaman Al Wasl)- As Syria's regime and its allies are in the "final stages" of recapturing Aleppo after a sudden advance, Zaman al-Wasl has launched a new search engine for 66,000 people in Aleppo wanted for mandatory service.
Despite initial reports that all youth fled the eastern Aleppo have been recruited in the regime army, the engine seeks to provide names of the youth may their families and relatives take precautions as thousands of youth have been disappeared fearing conscription and detention.
Zaman news site obtained months ago a list including names of 500,000 Syrians who are wanted for regime army to do their military service and reservist service.
The list has been issued by regime's military court.
The regime army, one of the region's largest, has been over stretched by a Five-year long insurgency where it is battling on several major fronts rebels and ultra-hardline ISIS militants who have recaptured the historic city of Palmyra on Saturday.
Thousands of Syrian youth have fled the country to escape conscription.
Meanwhile, Syrian rebels on Monday withdrew from six more neighborhoods in their one-time bastion of east Aleppo in the face of advancing regime troops, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
"The battle of Aleppo has reached its end. It is just a matter of a small period of time, no more, no less... it's a total collapse," said Rami Abdel Rahman, director of the Britain-based monitor.
Among the neighborhoods from which rebels withdrew was Bustan al-Qasr, once one of the most fortified districts under opposition control.
The withdrawal leaves rebels confined to just a handful of neighborhoods in the southeast of Aleppo, the largest of them Sukkari and Mashhad.
