Assad Army freed political detainee to get captive soldier by rebels

Rebel group north Syria has exchanged a captive soldier from the Assad army with a political detainee. 

Al-Karameh brigade, based in Manebj, north Aleppo, said in a statement the Syrian detainee has spent 18 months in the military Saidnaya Prison and he's suffering from bad health conditions according to the brutal torture in the security chambers.
