Rebels push Assad's army to use aid-parachutes for its besieged bases


Cyber activists have circulated a video posted on YouTube showing rebels capturing a parachute carried with supplies for the Assad soldiers in besieged military base, east Syria.

Most of the supplies were for the high ranked officers including food, Tobacco, and two boxes of Mortar bombs.

 The 17th brigade, Assad Army affiliate is under siege months ago where no path for aid or supply.

Rebels of Free Syrian Army and al-Qaeda-linked group, ISIS have imposed severe siege on the military base in order to surrender.
