(Zaman Al Wasl)- An ISIS car bomb killed at least 12 civilians near its last stronghold of al-Bab city in Aleppo province, local reporter said Sunday.
The explosives-laden vehicle rocked the village of Anifiya east of al-Bab as the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) presses hard to capture the city for over a month.
But the Turkish Anadolu agency said the casualties were FSA members.
The ISIS attack targeted an area where FSA fighters use as a gathering field in Jub al-Barazi village.
Fifteen out of 30 injured were sent to Kilis State Hospital in southern Turkey.

No Turkish army troops taking part in the Operation Euphrates Shield were reportedly present in the area at the time of the attack, the agency said.
The Turkish army is supporting Free Syrian Army fighters in liberating al-Bab, a strategic city for ISIS, from the terrorist group. Sunday marks the 145th day since the city was surrounded in order to liberate it.
The operation is part of the Turkish-led Operation Euphrates Shield, which began in late August to improve security, support coalition forces, and eliminate the terror threat along Turkey’s border using FSA fighters backed by Turkish artillery and jets.
On Staruday, local acitivsts said 19 more civilains were killed in Turkihs aerial bombing on al-Bab.
Meanwhile, the radicl ISIS group prevents civilains of leaving the town, taking as human shields, activists said.
