(Zaman Al Wasl)- Yasmin and Wala, two Syrian refugee sisters in Lebanon suffer of hepatomegaly, in which the liver get enlarged by many causes, but the cause has not been diagnosed in these two children.
The mother, Thana al-Hussein, a refugee from Bab-Amr in Homs to Lebanon, told Zaman al-Wasl that the hospital of “Doctors without boarders” in the northern town of Tabnin told her that the only curable treatment for the two girls, 10 and 12 would be liver transplant, which is not available in Lebanon.
Their mother, Thana, from Baba-Amr, had lost her husband Ali al-Hussein five years ago after abducting him at the barrier of Homs refinery, and she has not seen him since.
The two sisters live in a condition of fear from the ogress that abducts children at night would come and take them away from their families.
The two sister, every night feel that they would not see the sunshine again, so they ask the pillow to bury them together in the same grave.
