Shariah council in Aleppo, affiliated to the Islamic State of Iraq
and The Levant, has sentenced the previous leader of Ghuraba' al-Sham battalion
Hassan Jazara to death, after days of detaining him along with dozens of
supporters in al-Sakhour neighbourhood of Aleppo city, according to the Syrian
Human Rights Observatory.
Jazara had denied
before in an interview with the British–based watchdog activist on 4/08/2013,
the accusations of meeting with Bashar al-Assad. Jazara stated that the picture which had been surfaced
on the Internet including (Jazara and Bashar
amid a crowd of Syrian Army) is fake.
The ISIS also detained
yesterday several fighters from the Shuhada' Bader brigade, SOHR reported.
