Manna calls Syrian opposition to unite

The president of the National Co-ordination Body for Democratic Change Abroad, Called for an urgent meeting to have unified opposition with one political vision before going to Geneva 2.

 Haytham Manna said in a statement for "Zaman Alwasl", It is time to open a new page between the opposition forces, away from selfishness, narrow thoughts and foreign dictations to agree on a common program of action saves Syria.

''We can get rid of the regime of Bashar al-Assad.'' He said that the presence of the opposition in the face of the regime is the first introduction to the erosion of the regime as the opposition enjoys popular legitimacy.

 Manna suggested that Cairo can be the host country for the meeting of the opposition, because it's the most neutral country in the Syrian crisis, and still remain throughout the crisis at the same distance from all parties to the Syrian opposition.

Regarding the character most consensual, that will represent the Syrian opposition in Geneva Conference 2, Manna said there are a lot of personalities interoperability, considering that the figure Riad Seif, one of these characters, as he enjoys the support of the coalition and the national coordination of the forces of democratic change and Democratic Forum, as well as the Kurdish parties.

 Manna revealed from his office in Geneva that the Russian and American delegations to accomplish all the arrangements to hold the conference later this month.

The invitations will be directed to all the parties concerned with the Syrian crisis, on the basis of "absentee is naughty Lists", the signature shall be binding on all parties. Manaa added

 He pointed out that both Russia and America are looking for a political solution; Russians want a political solution because they think that without a political solution will have the role of lean in Syria while the U.S. feared for the regional allies (Israel - Turkey - Iraq - Jordan).
