The Syrian Red Crescent said on its Twitter account four volunteers were wounded, one critically, by shellfire as they distributed aid in Aleppo Wednesday.
The International Committee of the Red Cross said in a separate tweet three people were killed and seven injured, including Red Crescent staff, in the Hamdaniya district of the northern city.
Syrian state media earlier reported at least two people had been killed by rebel shelling of the area.
