Regime helicopters drop two Chlorine barrels on Hubait town in Idlib

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian regime helicopters dropped two containers of toxic gas on al-Hubait town in northern Idlib province, causing 20 breathing difficulties, local activists said Monday.
 
The regime warplanes have conducted at least 26 raids on al-Hubait and neighboring towns south of Idlib that overlook on Ghab Plain in the province of Hama. Two children from the same family were killed as 20 more, mostly women and children, were affected by the Chlorine gas.

Russian warplanes have also targeted most of the towns of the southern countryside of Idlib.  

Near the capital, Syrian regime forces intensified their bombardment of opposition-held areas around Damascus on Monday and besieged city of Douma northeast of capital, the latest in the regime's push to erase battlefield advances made by insurgents in March.

Airstrikes on the rebel-held city of Douma killed at least 21 people, including three children, and a family of 7 members, according to the local reporter.

The regime rocked Douma with 6 vacuum missiles as death toll is expected to rise, Mahmoud Adam, Civil Defense worker told Zaman al-Wasl.
