With the approach of the holy month of Ramadan, Zizoun camp
for the displaced in the countryside of Houran witnessed liberated new
waves of displaced persons from the Yarmouk Basin, especially the towns
of Glenn and Koya, after factions affiliated with ISIS captured the area and resume of clashes and battles for re-liberation by the Free Syrian Army (FSA).
Due to the large numbers of residents, the tents inside the camp are no longer enough for everyone. Many families have been placed in difficult humanitarian conditions. They have no shelter, food or water to drink.
Zaman Al-Wasl went over the areas reserved for receiving the Yarmouk Basin refugees were surveyed opinions. Most of them spoke of poor services and poor living conditions and the desire to return to their homes and villages as soon as possible. They demanded that FSA accelerate the liberation and control of the area.
