(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 15 Ahrar al-Sham fighters have been killed and 30 more wounded in a suicide attack targeted the group meeting in northern dlib province, the military spokesman told Zaman al-Wasl Sunday.
The suicde bomber who was riding a mortorbike, blew himself up in the group's bastion in Tel Tauqan village inthe eastern countrsydie of Idlib.
It was not clear who was behind the Sunday attack. Northern Idlib is an opposition stronghold, but an al-Qaida-linked group has the most sway there and it is at odds with Ahrar al-Sham, the powerful ultraconservative group targeted in the attack, AP reported.
