Assad forces
stormed Monday the campus of Damascus University, arresting number of anti-regime students, according to Revolution General Commission.
The 32-month-old war in Syria has emboldened a state
of fear among university students who are against Bashar al-Assad, many
arguments inside the campus ended up by arresting them.
Activists said it was not the first time forces loyal
to Assad had entered the dorms. There’s state of fear prevailing everywhere. Some
students are ‘Shabiha’, pro-Assad militia, ''they practice the same nasty and
dirty ways with their colleagues like beating and arresting them on behalf of
security forces,'' they added.
