Speaking to Zaman al-Wasl TV, Qaytaz said that the police station registered around 1,500 cases in 2016 and 600 cases by mid-2017. The cases ranged from theft, kidnapping, fights and inheritance disputes, most of which the police resolved while thorny cases were transferred to the courts after they arrested the criminals.
