(Zaman Al Wasl)- About 200 U.S. Army troops have been deployed near al-Shaddadi town in the southern countryside of Hasaka province this week, sources said.
The U.S. move was in support of a tribesmen militia which used to fight under the banner of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
Syrian Elite forces militia , the armed wing for the al-Ghad al-Souri movement, was formed by 3000 tribesmen who are expected to join Deir Ezzor offensive with Kurdish-led alliance.
