Rebels kill army commander near Dumeir depots

Gen. Mohsen Mousa, top commander of 156-Brigade, has been killed near Dumeir depots due to rebels' ambush, northeast Damascus, field sources said.

Islam Army activists have posted online photo showed Mousa's body.

Rebels have welcomed the priceless gain by killing one of most brutal Assad's men who was responsible for launching skud missiles and surface-to-surface missiles on Raqqa and Aleppo from his base in Dumeir, the desert city.

Pro-Assad social media pages mourned their commander who was born in Homs.
