Northern Homs: rebels demand Russia to press regime over detainees

(Zaman Al Wasl)- The negotiation committee of Homs northern countryside and the southern Hama met with the Russian delegation and regime officers on Wednesday over the proper ways to secure the de-escalation agreement and implementing all outstanding demands such as detainees release.

The negotiation committee in a brief statement said implementation of the cease-fire was confirmed through the formation of specialized committees to follow up its mechanisms, and to address daily regime violations against civilians in the northern Homs countryside where regime targeted Houla towns before the start of the meeting in one hour with several raids and dozens of rocket and artillery shells, killing one civilian, injuring 15 others and causing massive destruction of private property.
