Manna: I will not go to Moscow alone, Ford must leave Syrian case

 

Head of the National Coordination Body for Democratic Change and the body’s representative abroad denied making any visit to Russia in the last eight months, according to Zaman Alwasl.

Haytham Manna, the academic and human rights activist has denounced the rumors of meeting Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and being told that U.S. didn't want him to participate in Geneva peace conference next January.

Manna said that Russian officials have asked him to visit Moscow four times, and his response was in every time that he would not go alone, he would be with the     Syrian opposition, all parties and groups, including the National Coalition, in order to be one voice against Assad regime.

 The controversial dissident pointed out to his discord with Mr. Robert Ford, U.S. ambassador to Syria and his efforts to take off ford's hands far away from Syrian issue.

Manna also criticized the fabricated news and reports which aimed to harm him in person.
