US airstrikes kill and wound 15 civilian in Hasaka.

(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 15 civilians were killed and wounded in the US-led coalition airstrikes on ISIS-held village in Hasaka province, local activists said.

Mohamed kheder told Zaman al-Wasl that the strikes had targeted al-Douaij village.

ISIS said 53 members of the Syrian Democratic Forces killed in two car bomb attack near Shadadi town.

The SDF took Markada town, last ISIS stronghold in Hasaka, local activists said on Thursday.

Capture of Markada followed a series of rapid defeats for the Islamic State in northeastern Syria,  bringing the self-declared caliphate close to complete downfall.

The borders of ISIS has shrinked in Syria and Iraq to be a small pockets after fall of Raqqa, the de facto capital, Deir Ezzor and Albu Kamal.
