996 civilians killed in November: SNHR

(Zaman Al Wasl)- A Syrian human rights watchdog says 996 civilians were killed in November by the Syrian regime, Kurdish-led forces, ISIS, Russia and the US-led coalition.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights said  November's death toll recorded a 20% increase in the toll of civilian deaths by the Syrian-Russian alliance forces compared to October.

At least 503 civilians were killed by Syrian regime forces, including 74 children, 51 women and nine who died of torture.
 
The Russians killed 279 civilians including 95 children and 44 women.
 
The Kurdish-led forces killed 15 civilians, including a child and two women. 114 more civilians were killed by ISIS, including 16 children and 10 women.

Most of the victims were from the eastern province of Deir Ezzor, according to SNHR.
