(Zaman Al Wasl)- 25 ISIS militants have been killed and wounded in clashes with Jaish al-Islam in the southern suburbs of Damascus, the rebel group said on Saturday.
Daesh (ISIS) launched an attack to take ground lies between the neighborhood of al-Hajer al-Aswad and Yalda district near Yarmouk Camp, according to Zaman al-Wasl reporter.
The Islam Army, in statement posted online, said it had recaptured 3 blocs in the neighbourhood of al-Zain seize by ISIS late on Friday.
Also in the southern suburbs of the capital, the regime has reopened the main gate to the town of Babbila, allowing civilians and goods entry, local activists said.
The closure of Babbila-Sidi Meqdad checkpoint lasted for nine days after tension between rebels factions and opposition figures work to reach reconciliation deal with the regime.
Sources told Zaman al-Wasl the regime is pressing on rebels to accept Sheikh Anas al-Taweel as the town's representative in the reconciliation talks.
Residents voiced support for al-Taweel, urgening rebels to abide by the deal to evacuate Babila.
