Russia will abide by all of its international commitments, the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday when asked about U.S. President Donald Trump's allegation that Moscow was in breach of U.N. sanctions on North Korea.
Trump said in an interview with Reuters Wednesday that Russia was helping North Korea evade international sanctions.
