Heavy clashes between ISIS, Tahrir al-Sham in southern Damascus: reporter

(Zaman Al Wasl)- ISIS militants on Wednesday have launched attack on former al-Qaeda group in Yarmouk Refugee Camp south of the capital, local reporter said.

Heavy clashes are still underway in the camp that divided between ISIS and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, formerly known as Nusra Front.

Daesh is also preparing for another assault against moderate rebels in Yalda, Babila and Beit Sahm, the southern suburbs of Damascus, according to the reporter.

Local activists have accused the Syrian regime of coordinating with ISIS in such attacks, seeking to undermine last rebel pockets south of Damascus.
