Iran seeks to spread Shiism in Aleppo

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Photos circulated on social media showed Iranian cleric teaching the martial arts and Shiite doctrine to Syrian children in al-Mashhad neighborhood in northern Aleppo city.

The photos, which posted by the Iranian Militia Violations’ Facebook page, were taken during a visit by the Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas and the al-Zahra troops of the Mahdi Scouts to the children of al-Nuqta mosque in al-Mashhad.

Al-Nuqta mosque is located at the foot of al-Joushan Mountain and guarded by the Zainabioun militia of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

Iran through its operating cells in Syria is trying to intimidate and provoke as well as attract people to join the Shiite Sect in many areas of Syria especially those under the control of Hezbollah and other sectarian militias, and this is documented in several areas in the capital Damascus, especially those comprising the families of Damascene Shiite such as al-Ameen and al-Jura neighborhoods stretching to the Sayyidah Zaynab shrine near Damascus.

In the areas where its inhabitants were displaced after being destroyed as the city of Darya, Iran is currently conducting Shiite rites in Sayyidah Sukainah shrine near the Umayyad Mosque, which was invented with the support of the regime before the revolution in years, where pilgrims were traveling despite the resentment of the inhabitants of the city.

Iranian Huseeinyiat reached the city of Tartous with its Alawite dense presence. The turbaned Iranians and other Alwaite clergy spread Shiism through a range of mosques including al-Rasul al-Aazam mosque in the city.
