Photo: primitive laboratory to produce serum in field hospital

Syrian activists have circulated a photo for a hand-made laboratory that can produce the needed distilled water and solvents, "serum", amid the urgent need of field hospitals with the rarity of medical instruments in rebel-held areas which live bitter conditions of siege and daily death.
