(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least seven people killed and dozen more wounded in Russian airstrikes hit northern Idlib province, local media unit said Tuesday.
The Russian raids targeted a marketplace in the town of Ariha, leaving two people dead. Five more people killed in the villages of Kourin and al-Sukariyah.
Syria has been locked in a devastating war since March 2011, when the Bashar al-Assad regime cracked down on pro-democracy protests with unexpected ferocity. UN and local monitoring groups says ùore than 400,000 people have been killed and 11 millions have been displaced.
